Born on October 3, 1966 in Wodu, Lofa County. He was appointed Bishop of Gbarnga on March 21, 2011 and was later ordained Bishop by Archbishop Lewis Jerome Zeigler, in the Holy Spirit Cathedral in Gbarnga on June 11, 2011. He currently serves as the President of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of Liberia (CABICOL)
