Born on January 4, 1944 in Harrisbourgh, Liberia. He was ordained a priest on December 22, 1974. He was incarnated on November 17, 1986 as Priest of Gbarnga. He was appointed Bishop of Gbarnga on May 30, 2002 and was later ordained Bishop by Archbishop Micheal K. Francis, in the Holy Spirit Cathedral in Gbarnga on November 9, 2002. He was appointed as Coadjutor Archbishop of Monrovia on July 11, 2009 and then became successor of the Late Archbishop Micheal K. Francis as Archbishop of Monrovia on February 12, 2011.
