Born on April 26, 1967 in Jawajeh, Bomi County. He was ordained a Priest on July 9, 1995 in the Archdiocese of Monrovia. He was appointed Apostolic
Administrator of the Archdiocese of Monrovia on February 22, 2005 and later resigned on November 15, 2009. He was appointed as Bishop of Cape Palmas Diocese on January 5, 2011. He was ordained Bishop by His Excellency Archbishop George Antonysamy (Former Nuncio Accredited to Liberia, Sierra Leone & The Gambia) on April 30, 2011 at the St. Theresa Cathedral in Harper City, Diocese of Cape Palmas.
